Return Policy

WHAT can be returned?

In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping, handling, insurance charges, and a 15% restocking fee) or exchange, within 7 days of purchase.

All items being returned will be inspected by LookeeTV, Inc. prior to a refund being issued. Please note that missing items or parts could delay the processing of your refund. LookeeTV, Inc. reserves the right to reject any return based on its condition or non compliance with our return policy. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization, so please email inquiry@lookeetv.com, or call 1-855-iLookee (1-855-456-6533) if you would like to proceed with a refund. A service representative will be available to assist you from: Monday to Friday from 8:30am 5:30pm PST.

Only LookeeTV, Inc. products that were originally purchased from our Webstore www.lookeetv.com/cart can be returned under the following instructions below.

For returns of Lookee TVs originally purchased through other retailers or distributors please contact them directly.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Customer must notify LookeeTV, Inc. within 90 days from date of shipment of any defective product. (See LookeeTV's LIMITED WARRANTEE for further information included in the package box).

Returns are normally accepted when completed within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. If LookeeTV, Inc. agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by customer. LookeeTV, Inc. will not accept COD shipments.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Products being returned for a refund must be received in their original purchase condition and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories, warranty cards and manuals.

Please return the package to the below shipping location, unless otherwise specified. For example, do not send back all the accessories and product unit if only the Remote Control needs to be returned.

SHIPPING for returns?

If LookeeTV, Inc. agrees to accept a return, return freight charges, duties and taxes, and any other charges must be prepaid by customer. LookeeTV, Inc. will not accept COD shipments.

CREDIT for returns?

If your product is considered defective under our Limited Warranty, your unit will be replaced.

If returned before 7 days of receipt of shipment, the customer will receive a full refund, and are normally credited in the original form of payment.

Restocking Fee

LookeeTV, Inc., unlike some stores that have a Full Refund Policy, does not repackage returned items, and sell them as new. Therefore an open box, will be resold for a lower price than the original price, thus requiring a 15% restocking fee to be charged, unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or law prohibits the fee.

An additional fee may be charged for products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return.

Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging may be rejected or will be subject to an additional restock fee to cover the price of the missing item.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges will be processed as new orders. Please note that you will be charged for that new order.
